Snacktivity Lab was founded by a behavioral nutritionist and mom who needed a fun way to get her kids to eat fruits and veggies.
Snacktivity Labs are playful, hands-on nutrition education experiences where children explore fresh produce, build fine motor skills, and create an edible work of art. Each workshop includes a themed story time, sensory exploration with fresh produce, age-appropriate nutrition facts for kids & parents, and pressure-free opportunities to taste.
Each work of “art” doubles as a healthy snack that parents are thrilled for their kids to eat and children are proud to taste.
We tailor Labs to ages 2 to 12 and bring them to schools, camps, libraries, grocery stores, parties and more.
“As a special educator, I have seen firsthand how beneficial Laura’s practices and curriculum have been for my students...
I have seen students try foods they may not have otherwise considered or had been exposed to, and it has been especially rewarding to hear about students going home and excitedly sharing what they learned with their families. ”

“What you’re doing is truly so important, teaching kids from such a young age to eat the rainbow and enjoy different foods is amazing. We had such a great time. I honestly had a blast too! And i was so surprised when [my daughter] started eating a bell pepper today! I was like, wait, what?! Thank you so much for having us and for everything you’re doing with the kids!”
